Location.

Internet was very bad.

Needs to be upgraded. Carpets, sinks and tubs are old. Dirty air filters. Bad internet service. Smells dingy. No continental breakfast or refrigerators in room.

Had airport shuttle service.

Carpet covered many uneven footage problems.

I did not feel comfortable about the hotel in general. It was in need of repairs. One elevator was out of order. The carpet was very worn. Floors were a trip hazard. The fencing around the courtyard had bent bars. A laundry service cart was left in one of the walk areas the whole time I was there. It was affordable.

It was out dated and a bit dirty.

This hotel has seen it's day. It is extremely out dated and needs a complete overhaul. On the good side - it was cheap
and conveniently located only a few miles from Universal Studios.
